THE FOUNDATION OF PACE PERFORMANCE
This is a 4 week commitment that will consist of 12 classes designed to teach proper application of the core movements of crossfit and so much more… this is a mandatory process and learning curve that members must complete before the participation in advanced crossfit classes of the gym…
the foundation classes will be held in the morning and evenings of monday , wed, and friday .
members in the foundation phase can attend the saturday classes as well , giving them the opportunity to crossfit 4 days a week .
